I wonder how close those NTTX's would be to the NSC-built container-only spine cars CP used to have. I wouldn't mind having a set of those just for some variety. Those CP cars made it down here in trash service on the NS Lehigh Line between the mid 2000s and the late 2010s, when they were finally swapped out for 89' flats and purpose-built two-unit spines. They were either repainted into GIMX or gained the GIMX reporting marks, having weathered so badly they turned black. CP 525000-525099.

Wish Athearn would make the maxi 3 in Genesis. Any if the modern cars since I model such an array of times now. Surprised we haven’t seen any of the new prototypes last 5-10 years in a quality model yet.

In what way would the "NSC 53' three unit articulated" well cars mentioned above be different from the NSC 53' three unit articulated well cars made by Walthers? Ed They would be different in the way that Walthers does not make articulated NSC well cars. They come in singles and drawbar connected 3 packs. NSC Articulated is on the big board! Lorne
