Might anyone be willing to post some workbench photos showing how to remove the bulkheads from their 910-58xx series? I presume the bulkhead parts are simply add-ons to their existing model but it would be nice to confirm if that's the case since youtube and google images yielded nothing.

I don’t have any of the bulkhead flats, but you can see in their photo of the undecorated car that the bulkheads are separate. www.walthers.com/60-bulkhead-flatcar-ready-to-run-undecoratedThe bulkheads on their newer BSC 68’ bulkhead flat popped off pretty easily when I was working on removing the molded grab irons. I hadn’t intended to separate the bulkheads, but the glue joints are pretty weak because they paint the parts separately and then glue them together with CA when they assemble the model. Dave

^ Right you are Dave, thank you! I was able to pinch the top center and flex from end to end before they finally snapped free. Be careful where you put your fingers as there are delicate end railings worth saving on those bulkheads. Will now add scribed styrene to fill in the missing sections of the deck.
