Looks like Lines West Products is active again to take your money, I mean selling products again. I saw a post on another group of someone who ordered and received their product with a 10-day turn around. Might be a good time to reach out if you have an outstanding order or if you want a refund as he's actually responding to comments on Facebook. Good luck.

That is great news and I of course wish those affected a speedy return of any outstanding debts.
Todd did a great job on those US Milwaukee Road cabooses and a few other parts and decals.
Hope he is able to resolve everything given that building trust in those types of direct sale online businesses is not easy at the best of times.

Todd emailed me a month ago to confirm the address for my ~3 year old order. That was a pleasant surprise but I haven’t seen anything more yet.

It's easy to bury yourself running a garage/spare room business and most people are doing it on a wave of credit. In previous experience in independent music scenes i've seen plenty of fly by night labels or fanzines make big promises and promote big things, only to be be chased by paypal claims for the next decade. Not to mention a couple of people who got "paid a visit" by some of the people they dicked around on a release or a deal. Hope he can make things right from years past and get going again, because from the actual lines west stuff i've seen built up it makes for a pretty nice model.

While it's good news that he is FINALLY fulfilling orders (or so we hope), I think I'll pass for the time being. As they say..... once bitten, twice shy.

Thank you for sharing this. I was not aware of company/brand. Great news for the MILW modelers.
However the details are a bit course and appears to need some more effort. Specific to the caboose roof features.
But, this is good to see more MILW options and these products are welcomed news.
