Whose trucks (besides IMRC) do these fit? The axles are too long for BLI and Walthers, and my Rapido Angus van.

You could consider getting a Truck Tuner tool. Micro-Mark makes them, but I have also seen them on Amazon and I'm sure a few other places.

The truck reamer tool is useless in my experience I've had the complete opposite experience with the Micro Mark reamer. It works just as it should. However, the knock off reamer I bought from ebay is absolute garbage.

The truck reamer tool is useless in my experience The Reamer or equivalent are designed to get the opening in the trucks to the proper profile for the axle end. It does this by removing a small amount of the plastic to get the proper profile. It is not designed to dig into the opening to allow axles that are too wide for the trucks to then fit. To answer the original question the Intermountain wheels fit in my experience Tangent, Tahoe Model Works and Bowser.
