This has to be a scam company. Has anyone bought received a shipment from them?
Example:
GE U25B Phase 2 w/Tsunami Sound & DCC – Executive Line — Chicago, Burlington & Quincy #104 (Chinese Red, gray, white)
Original price was: $259.95. $64.99

Yeah someone else can order from the company with "BLMA" "Testors Corp" and "Red Caboose" on their header and report back, if its legit i'll gladly go buy some 45 dollar atlas diesels.

Does this even need to be a forum post? I think the answer is obvious. If it's too good to be true it probably is.

What do you mean by "Does this even need to be a forum post?" and "obvious" and "probably is"?
I think this has to be a scam company.

You're probably safe to order with a PayPal payment but the minimum is $30 with $18-ish shipping.
But I am looking at a page for an Atlas Lehigh Valley C420 that is from a 2008 run, they claim in stock which I find highly improbable. They show a large selection of Boley, of Rivarossi, and other strange things, some are hard to find on eBay even.

Do a Google Search for the email address and you'll find a number of scam reports and highlights that this is a fake biz.
