Guess I'll take a stab at this, perhaps others have a pic or two? The morning sun is just cracking through the gap in the mountains to the east as a night Extra Freight arrives in Durango from Silverton behind NW2M 101. At Durango's station, the eastbound San Juan waits behind diesel #28. Another nice shot from the coaling tower. Later in the morning, up on the Cascade Branch our photographer caught Train #330, the Red Mountain to Crater Lake Mail-Express-Local accommodation struggling up out of the Lime Creek drainage at Summit.
