AC or DC I still run the DC and AC locos I have on home made DC controllers. In 1946/7 I purchased and still use from the Army Surplus stores the 20V voltmeter and 5 amp ammeter, variable resisters and 20V transformers and 15V rectifiers. The DPDT switches are for the reversers and the rotary position switches I use for the cab control. 12 position but I can run 6 trains and keep a spare gap for emergency panic positions. I can run two rail or three rail (stud contact) or overhead catenary wire supply.
