Prior to 1993 CN's paint scheme was the "zebra stripes" scheme, with red cab and end, and black body with light grey (not white) stripes.
In ~1993 the "North America" logo was introduced, and a new paint scheme with it; featuring only a single grey stripe behind the cab, and the red extended below the stripe, and the new map logo on the flanks of the locomotive. The nose and rear still featured the original noodle logo without the map.
In 1995 the map was dropped. You can still see locomotives out there with the map logo (I saw one this past weekend) but engine were only repainted in this scheme from 1993-95. (Note, while quite a few engines (some repaints, and some new orders acquired during this period) and intermodal containers (also probably all newly acquired during this period) received this logo, only 5 freight cars out of CN's entire fleet are known to have been repainted with the map logo. No new freight cars were ever delivered with the map logo.)
The post-95 scheme is exactly the same as the North American scheme, just the side logo doesn't have the map.
I'm not sure of the exact date that the website URL started being applied on equipment, but I'm pretty sure I started seeing it around 2002.
