Typical protocol is not to charge a re-stocking fees for a wrong picture. Of course, if a picture is inaccurate we will refund the customer. We have done this in the past and will do it for Brian. Thank you for clarifying that CSXT. We offer full store credit, exchanges or refunds. Refunds could be assessed up to 15% restocking fee based on how product is received back (condition of the product, original packaging, etc.).
