I got my NCE power cab in the mail yesterday and Just installed my first dcc decoder today. I stabbed it into a kato SD40-2 from the latest run, with ditch lights. I used a NCE D14SR decoder. I got the address programmed in just fine but I can't figure out how to get the ditch lights to work. They came on by themselves a couple times, but I am not able to control them. Help!

Get the PDF manual from NCE and save it on your computer. The manual says what settings to make.

If you download and save all the PDF manuals that you might need then you can search them. A great time saver. Welcome to DCC, your model railroad work just got a lot bigger.
