My guess is "Mountain time", my phone's showing it's 12:03 already. Sigh...

Arrowhead is located in Sheridan WY (Which BTW is where I've had the best steak of my life when I was there), so mountain time would be the obvious choice.

Southern's 5277's that have not been done are the 12 rib cars like this one: www.rr-fallenflags.org/sout/sou526474ach.jpgThe 5277's like the Exactrail waffle have been done by Athearn and Intermountain, not saying they are great models but as stand in's. I have not been able to find a picture of a Southern 5277 with the 10 posts per side like the waffle cars. If you have one I would like to see it. I am one that really would like the hogshead car or the 5277's, but will purchase anything Southern that has not been produced before. James: You are correct, I should have said the 12 post version of the PS5277. Too much beer, sun and... bikini's... at the beach over the past week. Regards, Russ

It's now up on their website under the "Shop". Love that Blaine made undecorated cars! I'm going to do some research and find some examples of these in modern times so I can model one or two.

Just place my order for 15 cars.
After watching the video, these cars are unbelievable. If the assembly of each car is as good as the ones in the video, this IS a manufacturer who can build my models for me. Damn they look nice and will be a welcome addition to my Penn Central modeling of the Cairo Branch.

Interesting little quote from their site...
"And, not unlike the PRR's H39 class, the H11 class is among the largest single car class ever constructed. (We know this well; head's up Norfolk & Western modelers!)"
Hmmmm...

OK Jim Fitch. Rio Grande and a darn nice Rio Grand hopper to boot. This car has to fit in with your modeling era.

I'm just curious about the Pennsy hopper model. If It was a 70 ton hopper why is is stenciled for 100,000 lbs (50 tons)? Most of the photos I have seen are stenciled 140,000 to 154,000 lbs 70+tons.

She's a beauty, Blaine. Ordered a Southern and an Undec Southern. Though they lasted in revenue service until 91-92, I believe I have shot one in MOW ballast service on NS.
Looking forward to getting them both! And if you do the H11's, 11A-D's, I'm in trouble.....

Not bad, especially as it doesn't have the nice Arrowhead box :-D

Hah, a few weeks back we were discussing the Stewart and Bowser hoppers, of which I have a small number; I a few months back I found RTR Bowser 14 panel coal cars $24.95 for all 3. I am reluctant anymore to pay more than about $10 for simple kits with molded on details.

$75 because it's assembled and in a nice box? But not as nice as the Arrowhead box! :-) :-)

There are some people that $143 would be chump change, but sometimes when sales like that are discussed, it turns out the winner doesn't pay. Otherwise maybe I should put my ExactRail MILW rib side box car up for sale!

I sold two of the Walthers Valley Cement kits a few years back when they were out of production for stupid money as well. They both were bid up to $570 dollars each. Both bidders paid for them. It's the best sale ever on eBay. But I admit that I didn't think they would pay.
I would list that boxcar in a second.

You guys ever see exactrail centerbeams in BN for sale on ebay? regularly go over $120 (hence why I still have front range ones). Walther's Milwaukee road excursion tail and dome cars (I don't recall what they are called), they usually go over $300.
