I just called them and they are still in business and open. Not sure what you were ordering but I see 6oz spray cans for about $11 US.
Give them a call.

I live in Canada. Great service from the said company and fast shipping was my experience. The downside is no mailing of paint in Canada and did not want to risk it. I had it mailed to Bellingham and my Canadian friend has a box there and picked it up for me. Scalecoat last of the good paints old school. Pickings are slim unless you enjoy acrylic spraying. With all the train addicts in UK what do they use for paint, I am surprised you had togo off shore for paint.Steve

It probably ships as a "ORM-D" commodity meaning it can't go by air. Good news for my fellow railroaders as this type of item usually moves by rail (I have had items delivered by Fed Ex which came on BNSF for example) but that won't get it across the pond. USPS won't ship it internationally.

Minuteman says it carries a 100USD Hazmat surcharge.I really need it shoved into a couple of box car kits and just sent to me .I cant find what paint it is .It is resin based oil enamel I think .I know I had one jar go off in the 70's and it started to get tiny balls of resin material seperating

If you and 5 other guys each chip in $100 US, that's $600. $100 goes for the Hazmat. You likely could get a quantity discount or dealer pricing. So, in a couple of months you guys get a whole lot of paint. And then start selling it around the Island. And perhaps adjacent lands, depending on the upcoming divorce.
One thing sure, you'll have your paint, then.

If five guys chip in the Hazmat charge they each pay $20. Order as many bottles as they'll ship for one Hazmat charge.

Or just use Tamiya or Vallejo which are excellent paints.

Or just use Tamiya or Vallejo which are excellent paints. Just falls off brass locos with all that sharp detail .So does auto paint and etch primer .Scalecoat 1 bakes on and stays on .I bought a loco a few yaes ago I custom painted for a shop in the early eighties and though it had all its paint barring an odd small chip .I use Tamiya after the base coat of Scalecoat if needed .I also use artists oils and Vallejo for weathering .

Just a quick update .I found what the actual paint is used for Scalecoat and ordered a litre .Although its a US paint manufacturer its easily available over here but in large tins.I knew it had to be a readily available paint type as no -one is going to produce this paint just for model trains just order special color mixes from an established manufacturer .It had to be a commercial system with a custom mixing capability. Its readily available over here but of course no railroad mixes in small bottles .As I just need mainly black I am ok .For any other colours I just spray black first or maybe will get a light grey and then just over paint with acrylic railroad paint or Tamiya.
