Does any one know where I can get a list of Major Railroads that had Bethgon High-Wall Coal Gondolas with the numbers series and a photo of the paint scheme? or let me rephrase my question.
What major railroads had Bethgon Coal Gons?

NS, CSX, Conrail, BN, UP, BNSF, CN have all bought Bethgon's or some derivative there of. ATSF, DRGW, SP, KCS, IC, C&NW did not. I believe that CP bought AeroFlow's or AeroFlow II's, which I believe were later sent to NOKL.
Your best bet would be to go to either Railcarphotos.com or rrpicturearchives.net and search for AAR Car type J311.

I believe that CP bought AeroFlow's or AeroFlow II's, which I believe were later sent to NOKL. Other way around. The NOKL cars ended up on CP. They kept their original road numbers, but obviously the reporting marks were changed. And yes, they are AeroFlow II's. |
