But the DW car in 2 feet too short, and has the wrong roof if you're modeling almost any Evans RBL.
I should clarify that I've been mostly working with the DW plug door variant. Shame on me
I had several of these when I was younger and had one left over after selling a bunch of stuff on ebay years ago. I used some parts from a P2K auto box kit and other random bits to model another car Ron Hawkins photographed.
Martin, I love the GBW boxcar - those EACH cars seemed to have ended up a lot of places secondhand. I bought one because I know it will eventually come in handy, but I'm not sure what patch it will get yet. I need to research what the options are in the late '90s. I like the BN covered hopper, too. Overland produced a lot of interesting hoppers that cover some prototypes that still aren't readily available.
Ryan, great BN boxcar there too. The ladders on the A-end of interesting. They seem fairly tall, which gives the car a unique short (in height) appearance.
