Didn't see this when I posted the same vid in another subforum.
Happened near the Memphis Valero terminal, Riverport Rd bridge. If you look at a map it's a siding, apparently CN (ex-IC?)
A very sharp curve off the main should have told the engineer that was not where they should be.
