You said you used #107 which is chrome, why not stainless steel?

Actually, on new threads, you'll see that I've switched over to the 105 formula. Although it's listed as "Polished Aluminum", it resembles polished 300-series SS when applied over a gray basecoat. The 105's formula is very similar to the 107's, however, it is more toned down. This helps minimize the coats of clear needed to lower the sheen level of the finish with clear coat.  You said you used #107 which is chrome, why not stainless steel? Nathan
