Great modeling and weathering on your office and shed!
Really like the ground and walkway lights also. Scaletrains?

Got one of Adams Hexatone H5's painted up. I am amazed how they look for something so small thats printed. This was such an important horn in Dieselization thats never been done before. Got (most) of the SP rotary plows drawn up in CAD to print. The shell will drop onto the Walthers drive. I sectioned the first 2 inches just to do a quick test for some measurements, and I am pretty happy. My printer needs to have the screen replaced and dialed in again, which explains the "smooshed" lower edge and print lines.

Yes it is. I did some very light weathering to represent a unit that's about a month old. Just need to bend some handrails for it, I'm not a fan of plastic at all.

It's Conrail time! At TMRCI aka Union Model Railroad club. Middle unit is a friend's, we decided to combine our power to pull a manifest.

Do those WM F-units each have <TWO> five-chime airhorns??? Did they need ten chimes to get the moonshiners attention or something?

Most of the early engines with dual horns were actually setup on two separate valves, thus they were directional, although more times then not the engineer just grabbed both cords.

Metal handrails has for all units has been on my list of must haves, but reality is I don't have the time right now. Hopefully I'll be starting a layout sometime this year. I haven't had a layout in many years. I'm very excited!

Good stuff folks. Hoping to get back to contributing to this sooner rather than later..
Nova, that Pontiac is great! I'd love to see a 1968 Grand Prix sometime!
SCL, those heavies look terrific. I was on a Seaboard binge the other evening, looking through E8's and it just kind of ended up being everything Mr. Separk. Such a cool railroad.

Saw this on Trainorders. Thanks Tim Hanesworth

Fixed up a couple of Proto2000 Geeps for a friend. Replaced several cracked gears, cleaned out the old lube and added new grease to the gears, added Kadee couplers, and checked coupler height. Put in decoders with LED lights. The only issue was the club was without alcohol to clean wheels, so I used some Goo Gone. BIG MISTAKE, the wheels started picking up dirt right away and the operation became more and more erratic as they ran. I cleaned the wheels again and the locomotives ran much better, but it was clear that they were picking up dirt still. Will need to clean with Alcohol to get them truly clean.
