I tried everything and then some! I can download photos, but not upload! The page is my old page that I can't log into . Can you upload from your phone? I have another Flickr page on my phone and Atlas Rescue too!

IF you can do the action you wish from your phone's photo file, screen shot the page and save and then use inphone photo-shopish features and then upload.
Not sure that's what you want to do, but, I have done that with Flikr photos and lost very little quality in the process.
