Since no one has started one for this weekend, I guess it is my turn. Right now, it is the calm before the storm. We close on our new house this Wednesday and the sale of our current home is to be completed next Friday. Because of the move, most of my model railroad equipment is in storage. But since I am the only one here, well... TTPX & TTJX Flats by James Bilbrey, on Flickr The TTPX bulkhead flat is an Exactrail car. The damage to the bulkhead more or less matches the damage to the prototype based on a photograph I found online. I used a white pencil to add the vertical centerline on the bulkhead faces. The TTJX flat is new-release from ScaleTrains. As I talked about on another thread, the only issue I had was that the orientation of the outside wood deck panels was not clear. Hopefully, I got it right. The tie-down chains in the channels were left-overs from an InterMountain 60' flat that I added for a little visual interest. HTTX 90809 by James Bilbrey, on Flickr The third car is a Walthers Mainline HTTX flat. I was going add this car to the line-up, but I could not find it during a search of the storage unit where the bulk of my HO equipment currently reside. I know I haven't gotten rid of it; I just wasn't able to find the right box. I am looking forward to getting settled down in our new house. Although, negotiations for the space for a model railroad layout is currently still on-going. I have options, and there is local model railroad club three miles from our new address - and a little further down the road is the nearest railfan spot. I've been watching trains in the area that we are moving two for around the last decade, so I have all those spots mapped out, LOL!

Really like those C&O scenes. Would have been great to have seen the real life equivalent, but that was whole 'nother world to what I grew up with, namely SP, BN and UP in the PNW.

Great job on those B-70-30 boxes from a life-long SP fan.
