Success!!! Installed a Powerpack capacitor in this Rapido SW1200 equipped with a ESU sound decoder. And now it can switch out the maze of trackage at Columbia Heights on the River City Modeler's layout without stalling or the sound cutting out. I cannot express just how much more satisfying it is to be able to having a locomotive run reliably while switching. Goes back to my philosophy of having maximum reliability with equipment. Even equipment that has only occasional failures takes away much of the enjoyment of the hobby.

Valley Trains & Models in Spokane has Tamiya Panel Line Wash in Black, Brown and Gray. I used the black wash for most the car, and a brown wash on the roof. The wash leaves a glossy shine, so I airbrushed some flat finish onto the car. Some dry brushing on the trucks, roof and other details to highlight them. The Panel Line Wash works great because it settles in around the details, highlighting them. The models is a Athearn NACC 50' insulated boxcar often used for canned goods and dry grocery items.

Trying to make a load of them for my F68AH but unsure what size would look “right”

What size I beams are those? Trying to make a load of them for my F68AH but unsure what size would look “right” Not my car, so I cannot say for sure. But they look like Plastruc I beams. I switch out steel loads on the shortline I work for on a regular basis. I would go with the Evergreen styrene I and H beams, they have thinner profiles that are more realistic. Sizes vary quite a bit, even on the same car. Most of the steel stock is between 6" and 24" in size, and lengths between 20' and 60'. They put the longer and larger beams on the bottom, and the shorter and smaller beams on top.

That factory is going to have a bear of a time unloading that flatcar.
Which, incidentally, is that an AHM or Cox car with a new deck? I have at least one in my used inventory that has an identical paint scheme.

Not sure if someone produced it before Tyco.
