I finally got these (mostly) decaled, and so I wanted to share. I still need to get all the numberboards, and I was just planning on doing those up on my printer, but I want to hold off a bit so I don't use a whole sheet of decale paper on just those.

Here is the completed Moloco GATC RBL boxcar after I have added all the ladders, brake wheel, housing, sill steps, and door detail. It is now washed, painted and about 80%of the decals have been applied. A end of the car with ladders, made out of delrin, so they will not break due to handling. walkover platform and cut levers. B end of the car, with ladders, brake housing, brake wheel, walkover platform and cut levers. Side view of the car, with ladders, roofwalk and door hardware (also delrin) attached. Bottom view with all detail including stepped sill steps, that are angled to give the car its Plate B clearance. Rick J

A head on view of the boiler of a CB&Q O-4 Mikado #5506 showing all the pewter detail Parts. This is an excellent view of the Feed Water Heater and it's detailed piping Stay cool and run steam......

Is that some kind of kit, or did you pick and choose the parts?

Is that some kind of kit, or did you pick and choose the parts? It's a GHQ pewter detail kit to turn a generic Kato Mikado into a CB&Q 0-4 Mikado. Stay cool and run steam.....

Brian, very nice looking set of Minnesota Central locos.
Rick, great progress on the Moloco boxcar.
Bob, Never knew there was that much detail that could be added to those locos. Nice work.
Come on the rest of you guys.... I KNOW many of you have pics to share. No need to be bashful!! ;D
