anyone have the Instruction Sheet ? I quickly pulled the box out of deep marination. Pulled it open and . . . well, mine isn't ECW. It's a Cannonball plastic casting of the ancient Red Ball metal kit. Of course, no prototype info - nobody was interested in that back then. Three axle Athearn trucks included with instructions on moving the bolster for two axle trucks. The plastic castings are quite flashy. The one metal casting is clean and hard. Zinc? Anyone have knowledge of a possible prototype? Rick's build of the ECW kit shows me that there is hope for my relic to look like something.

They also come in narrowgauge flavor...at least around here. Gotta do something about those fat kit-supplied brakewheels, though.

Rick, thanks for the Roster !! still need to locate the kit that is hiding somewhere here !! Christian, most of the Red ball kits and trucks were Lead. sometimes Linotype Lead alloy, sometimes Pure lead [like Selly kits]. M Dale Newton also was a Printer with his own Print Shop. Spikre
