Searched through the various option buttons and previous admin posts but did not see an answer to this question:
If I blocked a forum member who started out as obnoxious but has since made several useful posts, how do I unblock them?

At the top just under THE ATLAS RESCUE FORUM banner look at the blue bar with Home Help Search Calendar Members etc. Click on Profile.
Then on the next page upper right, click on Edit Profile. Then click on the Privacy tab. There on the bottom you should have Member Block List. Anyone listed there would have check boxes on the right side where you can select things about them. The top check box is "Hide this members posts". Just uncheck that box and then click on Save Privacy Settings. That will unblock that member's posts.
Cheers.

As it happens, I wasn't sure either until recently but was looking into that feature to block and unblock myself, so it was fresh in my mind.
Cheers!

Well, I must have unblocked myself because I can see my own post!
