Love to see how Rapido's grown with staff over the years. Thanks! As Dave pointed out, managing the growth has been our challenge. 1% to 2% return rate is easy when you are only shipping out 5,000 models a year. -Jason

Just a subtle reminder...I know it's not an NW2...Did I mention that it would fit the current production B36-7 drive...same wheelbase; truck centers; AND it has never been offered in HO scale plastic?

Finally watched the video. Jason, a model train nut after my own heart. What? No mention of Star Trek Picard? Well, at least someone had there communicator badge on!
I'm bracing myself for those F40PH's I've been patiently waiting for!

I will agree with this one! Very excited about the Southern B36-7's. I am wishing for the B23-7's and B30-7A's in Southern as well Great video as well. Very nice to see a manufacturer showing daily operations and keeping in touch with the customers like this video.

Tom I can't say much about an NW2, but I can say that I have first UK pressings of every Beatles LP. I bought them 25-30 years ago and paid $15 at the most for each one. I can't imagine what I would have to pay now. They are on a shelf below the turntable in the 1:1 coach. I even have John & Yoko's Wedding Album and all that weird Zapple junk. You can spot John & Yoko in the "Guy with the train in his basement" video (below). I've been a Beatles fan all my life. You are evidently a man of good taste! -Jason

The very first real rock album I ever bought ( not counting the bubble gum era..1910 Fruitgum Company, Ohio Express...showing my age!) was The Beatles, forever after known as the White album. Second was Jimi Hendrix Are You Experienced...still have both originals...although slightly worn from playing back in the day!
Now back to model railroad content.... a little birdie told me you might have some sway at Rapido to get that EL NW2 produced...or is that just a vicious rumor??

Well.... Since one of the design team is an O&W modeller I'm sure that the topic will come up in our future projects meetings... 😉

I saw Yellow Submarine when it came out in the theaters and was nine at the time. Weren't many who weren't fans back then as the Beatles were iconic. But when I hit my teens in the 70s, Pink Floyd was my fav.

John, Well, it'll be more than that. NYO&W had 21 NW2's, so Bill will be getting at least that many, right? [ ]

Dang, I think I'll stay away from Boston! John, looks like you are working at Rapido now! Shhhhh...Don't tell anyone! Yes, yes I do now work for Rapido. You see, I was at the club one day minding my own business when this weird guy with a beard & bellbottoms (who wears those anymore?) walked up to me & said " Oh I hear you like trains eh?" Next thing you know I wake up with a bump on my head & discovered that I have been press-ganged to work in the Rapido mines with the rest of the hosers. The horror......the horror....
