I was looking at the Wiki page for Allis-Chalmers, and among the list of manufacturing plants, in listed a plant in St Thomas Ontario Canada, where Allis manufactured "Electric Motor and Diesel Locomotive Control" What diesel locomotives, would have had Allis' controls?

Some small & industrial locos from different builders offered A-C engines as options.
And there's this center cab. Whitcomb? Home-made? ...https://railroadforums.com/forum/index.php?threads/need-help-identifying-allis-chalmers-company-switcher-engine.18357/
They could have made controls (throttles, pumps, injectors, governors, etc.) for other engine makers too. Budas?
I'd be interested in any hard info.
