Anyone add a Lok Sound V5 to the latest Athearn SD60m run? Need the aux function for the number boards, ground lights and beacon. With the ditch lights on, the beacon lights up faintly. The number boards looked like they were on Aux 5 before the decoder was in. Messed around with the LOK programmer, but I'm missing something. Thanks in advance

I would just program each AUX function to a function button and start pressing them to figure out how the board is set up.
If the beacon and ditch lights are coming on at the same time, it sounds like you may be having some function mapping or settings issues.

On SoundTraxx boards Fx3, Fx4, Fx5, Fx6, Fx7, and Fx8 would be equivalent to AUX1, AUX2, AUX3, AUX4, AUX5, and AUX6 on LokSound 5.
In my project file I have AUX2 set to the strobe light and AUX3 set to numberboards. Mine doesn't have ditch lights.

It has to do with the way your Athearn DCC Ready units are wired from the factory. All the functions are there, they just might have to be remapped.
As mentioned above, Once you have your sound file loaded in Lokprogrammer try out all the function buttons in Drivers Cab to see what they're triggering and you'll know what to adjust.
Also for the beacon make sure that function output is set to one of the strobe settings vs headlight, dimmer or something else.
I did have a case with two NS SD40-2s from a recent run that had headlights and ditchlights wired to the same AUX tab thereby triggering them both, so if the above doesn't work I'd doublecheck the wiring.

This took some time for me to figure out with my BNSF units but all is good now.
