I like #1 but it also reminds me of CN, for IP and marketing purposes maybe not the wisest choice. I'm sad to see both roads lose their identities, i always had a good time chasing CP in minnesota and whenever a KCS unit was around it was always photo worthy.

The bookkeeper in me likes option two without the whiskers. Cheap to apply and cheap to maintain.
Others do look nicer but that could be reserved voor special number unites like 7000, 7500 and so on.

Option 5 looks too much like BNSF with the thick yellow stripe at the bottom and the yellow stripe near the top.

Hi All! Back in the day I went to the Calgary Stampede, and got a tour of Alyth Yard (CP). This has to be in 1998. The tour guide said that CP was talking with KCS about a strategic partnership or merger. Boy it took a while....
