A week or so ago I received a message from one of my Youtube followers telling me that he just purchased a new pack of Cannon & Co. 48" fans. This prompted me to go purchase a set to see if they are fixed. Happy to say that the most important detail part in HO scale ever produced in the history of mankind is now back!
I received the pack I ordered today and promptly tore open the package like a kid on Christmas day. The fan guards are fixed or retooled or whatever. Does not matter. We have bolts again on them. Very cool.

I have a backorder in with Blue Ridge Hobbies placed at the end of January 2021. Wonder if they kept that order on record all this time.
Good news and eager to see how the fit and finish is on these new kits.

I have only recently started shipping to Walthers the 1701-1705 Radiator Fans. They had a lot on back order and we are catching up. The 1851-1853 have been available for a couple months. Of course they are available on the website.

Dave, will it be possible to buy just the fan guard to replace some of the other kits? If so, what is the cost so I can send you a bunch of cash?

At this time I will not sell the fan rings separately. I need to devote the assets to getting caught up with the back orders. PS I will bring some complete fan kits to St Louis/Collinsville. Yes good news that fans are released again after a long wait. I just completed four re-tooled fans to to upgrade my Atlas GP40 and all four assembled very easily with no flash at all to be removed. Assembling these are fun again.
