Our local mall is on the verge of becoming a zombie mall. The owner gave up the mall in foreclosure and a new owner (who ultimately will redevelop the property) is looking to attract people to the mall.
For a mere $2 you can watch this locomotive run around in circles for a couple of minutes.
Needless to say, the area around this new attraction is deserted. I guess nobody wants to be kid and play.
