It looks like this scene can be almost all Atlas models. Atlas locomotive, Atlas True-Track, Atlas Kim's house, and a Rapido or Walthers comet coach. I'm not into commuter coaches, but the one in the prototype photo seems to me to be a Comet variation that Walthers and Rapido haven't done.

Its really cool that NJ Transit did this, its nice to see a an actual railroad that's model railroad friendly. It is however, unfortunate that (in my opinion) that poor loco is butt ugly.

They work though, the contractors working on those learned a lot from the initial failures of the LIRR dual modes and applied those lessons learned to the NJT units.
