Each of those locomotives is an 1116 Taurus. Mostly operated by ÖBB. The Golden Pass coaches are mostly used on scenic routes in the Swiss Alps and belong to MOB, but the Golden Pass service uses BLS Re 465 and MOB Ge 4/4 III locomotives. These are standard gauge and meter gauge locomotives, respectively. The coaches used on the Golden Pass all have variable gauge bogies to adapt from standard gauge to meter gauge and are used on the entire MOB/BLS network. I don't know why they removed the pantographs from those locomotives, but both are electric.
