I'm looking for the appropriate HO cut lever and plow for this GP40. Thanks. RSR GP40

Both of those are custom. The cut lever is a simple type I with a grab handle welded to both sides. The plow looks to be a standard EMD type plow with the lower corners cut out.

If you can get in touch with the Athearn parts department, they do offer this style, as well as the EMD plows. Donnell Wells here on the forum makes some excellent plows too.

RSR 103 was NYC 3059, part of 3050-3079 which went back to the lessor in 1985-ish and were dispersed all over - RSR, BPRR, UP, BNSF, leasers, rebuilt for both MARC and NJT, and one even to MEC (Guilford). From what I can see most of this group randomly got plows added by Conrail - a few did not, the one that became RSR 104 for example. The plow is notched to run third rail territory I believe. The cut lever is as it was on PC and CR. Looks like PC modified those.
