No information on pre-order time windows. Based on comments on the facebook post, they will be posted on the Roka website for pre-order soon. Were the autoracks available for pre-order, or did they follow a Tangent 'announcement upon delivery' model? I wonder what the timeline for these new models will be.

They were mentioned on MFCL on the 26th. The still aren't on the Roka website.
I found two pictures of the SHQX cars, both dated 2022. I'm guessing these will be post-2020 models.
Kinda neat, though.

Their first model arrived a month or two after the announcement. So, not in stock, but quite soon. That may or may not hold, here. Ed

I've never seen this car and I do quite a bit of train watching around the country over the past year or two. Where do these run?

I've never seen this car and I do quite a bit of train watching around the country over the past year or two. Where do these run? Anywhere that gets propane. They’re not the most common cars out there, but they do add variety. If I modeled modern stuff I’d get a few, the railroad I work at usually has a few mixed in with the more common UTC, GATX and Trinity cars.

Was looking at the FB comments and a guy asked when they will be up for preorder and they answered when their IT guy recovers from Christmas and New years 😁. These are definitely out of my era I do some early PC and some early CR. It's nice to see more tankcars though.
