I found a very nice introductory series on that matter:
I'm linking the first episode. There's many more. If you don't already know how to operate the machine, I recommend going through the whole series. There's a lot to know about running a mill.
While I don't agree with everything she says, I don't think you can go wrong with following her lead. And she's VERY good at explaining things.
I highly recommend it.
And. By the way. There's another series where she's building a live steam 1/16 PRR A-3. I just watched the first episode:
and think it's great! I ain't gonna build one, you understand. So it's MORE fun, 'cause there ain't no work involved. For ME.
