Any suggestions on removing the lettering on Athearn Tenders without destroying the Tender paint job?

Try a little nail polish remover on a cotton bud. Test it on the main paint first to ensure it does not attack that as well as the letters.The cotton bud needs to be clean so you might need to use a few.
