Will the Atlas Master SD35 shell fit on the SD24 drive? (I realize the fuel tanks are different.)

yes.
I had an Atlas SD24 that i sent the shell off to get custom painted a long time ago. Guy stopped responding to emails/texts/calls/etc so i was stuck with the chassis. Wound up finding a cheap SD35 shell with fuel tank and just sold it as a whole.
