When I received my Piko Krause Maffei ML-4000 the lights did not work. After a couple of emails with Piko America, I was emailed a shipping label. I shipped the package off, and two weeks to the day I got it back, and everything including the lights now work. There wasn't any hassles with them, they just took care of the problem.
