Does anyone know where do the spare parts that came with these locomotives go? Specifically there are a couple of pulley looking parts I like to know where to install. Emailed Rapido, by apparent their customer service does not know…lol

The only parts I am aware of are the split radiator optional parts. I wonder if they are meant for the truck side frames to swap out for a couple of speed recorder pieces.

I know my Rapido GMD-1 came with a yellow re-railer, looks a bit like a horse collar. I asked Rapido where it was supposed to go and their answer was something like "it could vary from engine to engine, so either find a photo of your specific engine or just put it where you think it looks best."

Exact response I got:) which means the person has no clue

"Pulley looking parts" sounds like they may be part of the handbrake mechanism. The pulleys guide the chain that pulls on the lever at the brake cylinder on the truck. Mark Vinski

I can't understand why a manufacturer would go through the trouble of supplying extra loose details for a model and NOT you what what they are for or where they are suppose to go! As they are so fond of reminding us, "we all" are not experts on every little details...
