Found a roster that says it's ex-GN 77.
Built as GN 5103; re# GN 77, 1943. To Walla Walla Valley No. 77, 1971. Retired 1974, sold to PNC in 1978.
Sold to Frisco No. 10, 1978; re# BN 70 in 1980. Retired by BNSF in 2001, sold to US Borax, No. 7171 (no date).
Hard to imagine why Frisco would buy an SW1 in 1978! Shop switcher?

I do like the fact that BN unloaded this unit only to get it back 7 years later and keep it on the roster for another 22 years.

In your photo, it has the simplified GN scheme with no yellow separation stripes.
