Hello, I love the way Athearn has done the new light arrangement on the new Gen 2 locos, however at times the pins on the boards do not seem to make enough contact. I have a new UP Sd70Mac that has this issue with the headlights and ditch lights.. All the rest work fine. But the forward headlights and ditch lights only come on with some downward force on the cab. If you are familiar with this set up you can see that the top board attached to the roof of the body has the wires attached with the age old black plastic clips. the chassis has the board with the pins. Looking at the top board I am wondering if the black connectors are keeping the front from squeezing down tight enough for the pins to make contact. From what I can see their is not much room between the ends of the top board and the white metal of the chassis. Has anyone had this issue yet? I am thinking about soldering the joints in the top board but I am hesitant due to shorting issues between the naked tabs and the chassis. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. SB
