Recommended CV settings for Atlas QSI B23-7

I have searched, unsuccessfully, for an old forum posting in which someone had offered some revised CV settings to make the "chug" in the Atlas Gold B23-7s more distinct and GE-like.

I had to do a reset of my B23-7 and, unfortunately, no longer had the recommended CVs.

Can anyone help?
