Updates, Changes, and Notices...

This board will be used to inform and update the membership of any changes, notices, or administrative issues that come up. This includes graphic changes to the site, software upgrades, additional discussion areas, etc. I am fully open to suggestions that may help the site become better, and hopefully meet the needs of the many.

I do not believe in overmoderation. I know that not everyone will see things the way we do, nor will they always be in agreement with what we have said. And though we know that certain topics can sometimes escalate into heated debates, I only ask that you will refrain from name calling, malicious intent, and other derogatory statements and personal attacks.

I am certain that if we all exhibit a sense of civility, we will have an excellent experience here!

I am looking forward to the growth of this forum..........we are not all "experts" or "master modelers", so, hopefully the rivet counters we understand the some posts may not be perfect and the the Rule #1 does apply.

Donnell, what happened with the "most recent topics you posted in"?
I hadn't noticed it before, but now it is 5 threads long, and takes up half the viewing area when I enter the forum. Is there a way I can turn it off? I really don't need to see all the posts I made in all the daily lunch rooms.

On edit, now it's 6 threads long, and takes up 2/3 of the initial screen, now that I made this post.

Thanks. Mucho better. When viewing with my tablet, it was a PITA.

I have to admit that I like it better without them. I only had a few, and they really weren't distracting for me, but it is nice without them. Thanks for removing it.
