I really enjoyed the brochure. I knew about most of the El Capitan stuff from other resources. However, I was surprised to learn that Santa Fe pioneered the use of continuous welded rail back in the early 50's. Thank for the post.

That is one of the reasons model railroading is still interesting to me since we can recreate history in a small way and enjoy the good old days even now fifty years later!! Larry
