Here is my latest rolling stock addition. (Warning this is also a shameless plug for Skytop Models) This is an ex-troop sleeper that was converted to a refrigerator car and leased by Railway Express. They had 149 of these cars and they ran on just about every railroad and in every part of the US and Canada from late 1940's up until Amtrak. The model is an extensive kitbash of a MicroTrains troop sleeper. The windows were all blanked out with plugs, new refrigerator door, ice hatches, freight ladders, and completely rebuilt ends to remove the door and diaphragm. Finally a silicon rubber mold was made and they were cast in urethane resin. If interested check out my web site at Skytopmodels.com

Speaking of Catt... here's the 'Interchange Car' he sent me in exchange for a car from my Wilmington and New York Railroad-- thanks, Catt!

Catt it would have been better if you just used the reporting marks, made it look like a patch. So what did you use for the walkway? I love that its see through.

Of course I like it! It's also at about 200 percent actual size... and everything is more noticeable in photos...
