MSRP for the complete 12 car set is $3,000.
A short set of 8 cars is $2,000.
Add-on high level coaches sold seperatly are $250 each.

The El Capitan I have ordered a ten car set and twelve cars for the CZ five cars to go. reading about foreign cars also used on the CZ I hope to get six cars to use as substitutes for a bit of variation. List shews in my case six instances upto 1955. One in particular is a GN 6-5-2 sleeper which was slotted in before the Obs on the 2nd Nov 1950. Three sheets of info available but my cut off date is 1955.Another coach I fancy adding is a UP sleeper in yellow James

I would be quite happy with an eight car train. Figure two step downs, a regular 72 seater, a diner, and a top of the Cap lounge. Throw in the RPO and baggage, plus the trannie car - BOOM - you got it. Extra coaches as you can afford !
