Here's the technique I use to speed match my engines. I find this technique works a lot better than using ops mode programming to adjust one engine while it is chasing another engine on a circle of track.

Thanks for the tip Kevin. This seems to be an easy way to match up speeds quickly and efficiently. I've never programed any DCC locomotives yet. I only have 2 with sound and DCC so far but I have 7 others to add DCC and sound to and they are all made by different manufactures. Your tip greatly eases my thoughts on how to proceed. Thanks again.
