I think I screwed up

When I first saw spreads of the new Kato early scheme CNW F3's and CNW passenger cars in the July issue of NSR, I imediately fell in love and ordered both. Now I see Kato has done CNW E8's to pull the passenger cars and Kato calls their CNW F3 scheme a freight scheme. Is this right? Did I buy a freight diesel set to pull passenger cars? It would be a good excuse to buy a set of E8's if that's the case.

Yes the Kato F3 is in the freight scheme. The E8 would be a better choice to pull the passenger cars.
