I need to repaint 12+ BLMA TopGons that I purchased due to over weathering. I contacted Craig over at BLMA for a paint match, he advised me that it's a custom color produced by the factory. Does anyone have an answer for this? I took one of the cars outside, and it seemed to have a "blue" tint to the gray..

Aren't the cars silver/aluminum? Aluminum can have all types of tints to it. If you are going to weather them, you probably will be close with any silver/aluminum paint. You can correct and dull it down with weathering. I also think in a train of these you see various shades of paint due to fading, age, dirt, etc.

Or custom mix some gray paint to match the original color?
