Hi everybody. My old eyes like this big font, and I hope it offends no one. I'm not trying to flame or whatever that's called. Just want to know what I can do about my new Atlas American 4-4-0. What a beauty! It runs a little jerky, but that may go away in a short time. The problem is the pilot wheels. They derail pretty often. Sometimes the thing'll go around my 9.75" oval many times just fine, but that's at high speeds. Slow it down to my zoo train speed, and it derails as it enters the curves. Can this be fixed? I'm new at this, and don't want to do something stupid and break that tiny wheel set. Any replies will be appreciated. Thanks.

Do a google search for "randgust 4-4-0". He's done a lot to tweak this engine.
