There's a phone number at the bottom of the website. Have you called? It might be the quickest way to find out.
I hope they are in business. Their warehouse kit looks like some of the buildings I've seen along I-25 in Colorado Springs. I don't have a need for these structures right now, but if I ever need warehouses, I'll have to give them a shot. Their neighborhood kits look pretty cool, too.

I hope they continue to stay in business. The style of concrete building they offer, in modular form, is very common and handy for building custom structures (I think there was an article about building a rail-served produce warehouse with their kit in Model Railroader a year or so ago). They're kind of the DPM of concrete buildings. I haven't identified any structures on my prototype yet that match this type of construction, but I hope I can find one so I'll have the chance to use their products.
It's neat to see that they branched out with the older style garages too - those would go well with a lot of different model homes (such as the ones Atlas sells). I think the houses themselves are a little small though - it's kind of hard to imagine someone putting the money into a garage that's as big as their house in that era, rather than opting for a larger house and just leaving the car outside.

I was able to contact GWM today via telephone. It appears they are in "pause" mode at this time. I asked if they had the particular building kit I wanted. They said we'll have to see if we have enough of the parts required for the kit. We'll call you back.
As it turns out I was able to get the building kit I wanted.
I hope when the economy picks up they go back into production. They have some nice stuff.

Hope these guys stay in business. I've bought several of their kits over the years and found all of them to be excellent.
